As Vice President of Finance/Controller, David oversees all aspects of the Accounting and Finance departments. David has many years of experience in Finance and Accounting within the healthcare industry including: managed care, assisted living and skilled nursing facilities. David has held various positions within the long-term care industry, bridging the gap between finance and operations in the budgeting process to ensure internal controls and sound financial operations. David also oversees the IT department at PTS in the ever-changing IT landscape in healthcare. David earned his B.S. in Finance from Southern CT State University and is a member of the Association of Long Term Care Financial Managers. Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters.
