The first week in February represents Women’s Heart Week. This nationally recognized observance is aimed at raising awareness of cardiovascular disease which is the # 1 killer of women, causing 1 in 3 deaths each year.
It’s important to know most cardiac and stroke illnesses can be prevented. Lifestyle changes, Education, Healthy Eating Habits, Blood Pressure Management, and Exercise are a few courses of action for a healthy heart
