KEPRO REBRANDING: KEPRO IS BECOMING ACENTRA HEALTH
BACKGROUND
Kepro, the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) responsible for Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) termination appeals is rebranding. Kepro will soon be known as ACENTRA HEALTH.
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
The target date for the rebrand “go live” is August 1, 2024. The name change and all plan items will be updated by Fall 2024. Kepro encourages providers to update their notices to coincide with the 8/01/2024 target date.
