“Attitude is everything“

Maria has served in various management roles throughout her career in geriatric rehabilitation, which positioned her as an industry leader in sub-acute and long-term care rehabilitation management. She is an expert in Medicare, Medicaid and Managed Care reimbursement and compliance, and has been a guest speaker at the Massachusetts Senior Care Association and LeadingAge conferences. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Lowell in 1989. She is a member of the National Association for the Support of Long Term Care, AHCA, and various State Associations in CT, NY, VT, NJ, NH, and MA. Maria loves traveling, especially abroad and has some great stories about her adventures. She also enjoys reading in her spare time…particularly CMS briefs, NCDs and LCDs. Her greatest joy is creating special memories with her family and friends.
